## Description

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are an automotive film manufacturer based in Jurupa Valley, CA, producing and distributing a premium line of protective and appearance films. As a growing company launching from the ground up, we are building a team that is as invested in our success as we are. The Warehouse Associate is a critical member of our production and fulfillment operation — responsible for the accurate handling, organization, and dispatch of finished film products. This role is central to ensuring that our manufacturing output reaches customers on time and in perfect condition. **WHAT YOU'LL DO**

•     Stage, organize, and manage finished goods inventory within the facility

•     Pick, pack, and process outgoing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

•     Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant production floor and storage areas

•     Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely

•     Track inventory levels and movements using our warehouse management system (WMS)

•     Coordinate with production and sales teams to prioritize and fulfill time-sensitive orders

•     Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or process improvement opportunities

•     Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures as our operation scales

## Requirements

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

•     3+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred

•     Forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate

•     Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift

•     High attention to detail — precision matters when handling specialty film products

•     Reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a team-first environment

•     Familiarity with WMS, inventory software, or barcode scanning systems is an advantage

•     A growth mindset with interest in advancing into a lead or supervisory capacity
