## Description

**Make a difference, have fun, and get paid to play sports!**  
TGA North Bay is hiring **Assistant Coaches** to help lead our after-school golf and tennis programs for kids across Marin & Sonoma. No prior coaching experience required — we’ll train you!

### **Schedule**

-   **Core Hours:** Monday–Friday, 2:00–5:00 PM (flexible, varies by school)
-   **Optional Hours:** Weekend clinics & substitute coaching opportunities

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Help run fun, safe, and engaging after-school classes
-   Assist lead coaches with golf and tennis instruction
-   Manage small groups of kids and encourage participation
-   Set up and clean up equipment
-   Sub for classes when needed

## Requirements

### **What We’re Looking For**

-   Reliable and punctual
-   Enjoys working with kids (ages 5–12)
-   Enthusiastic and positive attitude
-   Some golf/tennis experience helpful (but not required)
-   Must pass a background check
-   Must have reliable transportation to schools around Marin & Sonoma
