## Description

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Achieve core business target on strategic goal
-   Serve as a strategic bridge between core business and external healthcare providers to identify and convert potential business opportunities
-   Provide daily on-site clinic visit
-   Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Affiliate Providers and Solo Doctors
-   Act as the primary point of contact for network partners, gathering feedback and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement
-   Develop and execute actionable strategic plans, partnership initiatives, and engagement programs to foster deeper collaboration with network doctors and clinics
-   Actively participate in user feedback and system enhancement initiatives for the D&I platform to improve operational efficiency and tracking
-   Analyse network performance and clinic visit insights to refine partnership strategies
-   Assist to streamline and optimize the referral mechanism and participate in enhancing D&I system

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to interface effectively with medical professionals
-   Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily field activity and clinic visit.
-   Solid organizational skills with a process-improvement mindset
