### Project

**As a French Digital Advertising Specialist,** you will support advertisers using the advertising solutions of one of the world’s largest social media and technology companies.  
You will advise existing French-speaking business clients, review campaign performance and recommend improvements that help them achieve better advertising results. Your role combines client relationships, digital advertising support and consultative sales.

### Responsibilities

-   **Advise existing French-speaking business clients on social media campaigns and advertising budgets**
-   Analyse campaign performance and recommend clear improvements
-   **Guide clients through advertising tools and campaign features**
-   Help clients set up, manage and optimise digital campaigns
-   Identify suitable commercial opportunities based on each client’s business goals
-   Build strong client relationships and manage follow-ups
-   Keep customer activity and sales opportunities organised in internal systems
-   Collaborate with internal teams and share relevant product updates

### Salary & Remuneration

-   **Base salary: 1,100 gross/month 14**
-   **Fixed project bonus: 300 gross/month**
-   **Sales bonus: 250 gross, paid quarterly** — your performance has a direct impact
-   **2 additional base-salary payments per year: 2,200 gross in total** — one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
-   **Up Hellas Mastercard meal voucher:** 3 net per worked day (approximately 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approximately 120 net/month) after one year
-   9 country holiday days in addition to standard annual leave

**Average monthly gross package: 1,400 gross/month + quarterly sales bonus + 2 additional base-salary payments per year + Up Hellas Card.**

### What We Are Looking For

-   **French at C2 level**, spoken and written
-   **English at B2 level or higher** — for training and internal use
-   **A commercial mindset and confidence communicating with business clients**
-   Previous customer service, sales or B2B experience is welcome, but not required
-   Interest in social media and digital advertising; experience with paid campaigns or digital marketing is a plus
-   Good computer literacy, organisation and communication skills
-   You live in Athens or are ready to relocate and work from the office in Neos Kosmos
-   **EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece**
