Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Responsibilities**

-   Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and FREE leads
-   Quote and sell auto, home, commercial, and life insurance products
-   Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals
-   Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process
-   Follow up on quotes and nurture prospects
-   Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

## Requirements

-   Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
-   Sales or customer service experience preferred
-   Strong communication skills
-   Self-motivated and goal-oriented
-   Ability to work in an office environment
