**ABOUT THE ROLE**  
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its specialist mental health, psychiatric assessment, and comprehensive behavioural healthcare services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join its growing clinical team. **ROLE OVERVIEW**  
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**  
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients across a range of mental health conditions.  
• Diagnose and manage conditions including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and other psychiatric conditions according to clinical expertise.  
• Provide appropriate pharmacological and other evidence-based psychiatric interventions, with regular monitoring of treatment response and safety.  
• Assess patients presenting with complex or acute psychiatric needs and coordinate appropriate escalation, admission, or referral when required.  
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers, primary care physicians, and other medical specialists to provide coordinated patient care.  
• Provide patient and family education, counselling, and support while maintaining confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.  
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support safeguarding, clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.

## Requirements

• American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology – Psychiatry  
• UK CCT / MRCPsych  
• European Board / national specialist certification in Psychiatry  
• Royal College Certification (Canada)  
• Australian FRANZCP  
• Arab Board  
• MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
