- Support commercial lending, including reviewing company/trust financials, tax returns and business information across commercial property, acquisitions, development, asset finance and working capital.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, BDMs, brokers, solicitors and other stakeholders, providing clear updates and proactively resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM and loan records, including application status, documentation, communications, tasks and follow-ups.
- Assess and troubleshoot lending scenarios, applying sound credit fundamentals to identify solutions when applications don't fit standard processes.
- Research lender policies and lending options and assist with structuring applications to improve their likelihood of approval.
- Support continuous improvement of loan processing workflows, systems, and processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Credit Officer, Parabroker, Mortgage Broker support, Loan Processor or similar lending role.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian lending environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing loan applications from submission through to settlement.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with clients and handling lending-related conversations.
- Experience with servicing calculations and initial credit assessment.
- Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and commercial judgement.
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment.

**Nice-to-Haves:**

- Commercial lending experience.
- Experience with commercial property, business lending or development finance.
