## Description

**Title** – Sr. Project Manager (Construction)

**Position** – Contract (12+ Months)

**Location** – Hybrid/Washington,D.C.

**Rate -** $Open(Best Possible)

**Job Description:**

-   Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI.
-   Detailed oriented with a construction background.
-   Strong contract management skills, as it relates to performing closeout of projects from general contractors.
-   Demonstrated financial skills (budget management, financial reporting) for departmental level.
-   Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service.
-   Effectiveness of working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives.
-   Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels.
