## Description

**ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. **Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Review providers notes
-   Send reminders email via e-mail and SMS.
-   Maintain accurate records on providers interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. 
-   Making outbound calls to insurance company to follow-up on client status.

## Requirements

-   A minimum of **6 months** BPO experience
-   Healthcare experience is a **PLUS, not required**

-   Must be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and PDF to process documents
-   Familiarity with MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
-   Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
-   Good verbal and written English skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Makati or Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shifts
