Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak "THE PLACE" to work and live. Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful 1,200+ unit property, Ramblewood Apartments.

-   Ideal candidate will provide exceptional above standard service to all of our customers.
-   Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
-   This position does require on-call rotation.
-   Drywall and painting experience is preferred.
-   Must have reliable transportation.

## Requirements

**Physical Requirements**

-   Prolonged periods standing and walking.
-   Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
-   Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
-   Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
