## Description

Qualification

\* Post Graduation in Conservation Architecture

Experience

\* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

\* Prepare and review conservation and heritage architecture proposals.

\* Develop architectural conservation frameworks for heritage and special regulation areas.

\* Support preparation of Master Plans with heritage-sensitive planning approaches.

\* Coordinate with urban planners, architects, government authorities, and stakeholders on conservation-related works.

\* Conduct heritage assessments, documentation, and conservation studies.

\* Ensure compliance with architectural conservation guidelines and heritage regulations.

\* Prepare technical reports, drawings, and conservation recommendations.

Mandatory Requirements

\* Candidate should have been involved in:

\* Architectural conservation,

\* Framing special architectural regulations for heritage areas,

\* And related works,

for at least one Master Plan in the last 5 years.

Kannada Speaking Preferred.

Preferred Skills

\* Knowledge of heritage conservation practices and urban regulations

\* Experience in heritage precinct planning and restoration concepts

\* Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills

\* Ability to work in multidisciplinary planning teams
