## Description

Looking for a role where your love for the Swedish language and helping others plays a major factor? Our client is currently looking for **Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Agents** to provide excellent customer care via **chat and email**, working **remotely** from **anywhere within Greece!**

In this opportunity, you will have the chance to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive overall experience. You'll be part of a dynamic, international team that values communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

### Responsibilities

-   Manage incoming chat and emails.
-   Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
-   Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
-   Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in **Swedish** (C1 - C2)
-   Very good command of **English** (B2 – C1)
-   Good MS Office skills.
-   Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
