## Description

BlackStone eIT, a top-tier computer software company, is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Backend Developer (.Net) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering high-quality software solutions using .Net technologies. You will collaborate with product management and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient backend services. ### Responsibilities

-   Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable backend systems leveraging .Net frameworks
-   Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and interpret technical requirements
-   Champion and ensure best practices in coding, application design, and development processes are followed
-   Participate in code reviews, share technical expertise, and provide constructive feedback to team members
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues and performance bottlenecks
-   Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing codebases, architecture, and processes
-   Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovative solutions within the team

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
-   5+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with .Net technologies
-   Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role
-   Strong proficiency in .Net Core, C#, and related frameworks
-   Experience with API design and development
-   Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL
-   Strong understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
