## Description

🚀 **We're looking for a creative AI marketing partner in Sri Lanka.**

We're building **Lucida AI**, one of the fastest-growing AI language learning apps, and we're looking for a **creative agency or a small, startup-minded team in Sri Lanka** to work with us long-term.

## Requirements

What we're looking for:

🎥 **Creative Production (Highest Priority)**

-   Create high-performing UGC-style video ads
-   Recreate and localize successful creatives
-   Produce AI-assisted video content at scale
-   Generate new creative concepts and iterate quickly

📈 **Performance Marketing (Second Phase)**  
Once we establish a great creative workflow, we'd like to expand the partnership into paid acquisition and performance marketing.

We're looking for a team that:

-   Works fast and communicates well
-   Understands mobile app marketing
-   Has experience with Meta/TikTok creatives
-   Is comfortable using AI tools for content creation
-   Thinks like a startup and enjoys rapid experimentation
