### Your Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking Fitbit users via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with device setup, syncing, troubleshooting, and account-related enquiries.
-   Help users understand Fitbit features, apps, and health tracking capabilities.
-   Resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
-   Accurately document customer interactions using internal support systems.
-   Work closely with colleagues and technical teams to deliver fast and effective solutions.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French language for daily communication with customers
-   Good command of **English** (B1 or similar) for training and internal communication
-   Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS use/features
-   Demonstrating empathy
-   Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team’s success / be a team-player 
-   Result-oriented with personal performance
-   Friendly and outgoing personality
