### **Job Description: CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Logistics Industry)**

We are looking for a **creative and experienced CRM & Social Media Marketing Specialist** with **strong knowledge of Zoho CRM**, **LinkedIn marketing**, and **the U.S. trucking / logistics industry**. The ideal candidate will help grow our client's brand presence, generate leads, and support marketing initiatives for a freight brokerage company.

**Schedule:** 9AM to 5PM EST (Monday to Friday)

  
**About the Company**

U.S.-based **freight brokerage company** offering **LTL and FTL services** across North America.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and update **Zoho CRM**, including leads, contacts, and campaign tracking.
-   Plan and execute **LinkedIn marketing campaigns** targeting shippers and logistics partners.
-   Create, edit, and optimize **social media content** (posts, poster ads, short videos).
-   Modify and improve existing graphics as needed.
-   Execute **email marketing campaigns** (newsletters, lead nurturing, outreach).
-   Develop creative marketing ideas to increase engagement and lead generation.
-   Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
-   Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.

## Requirements

-   **Experience in the U.S. trucking / logistics industry** (LTL & FTL knowledge required).
-   Hands-on experience with **Zoho CRM and Zoho marketing tools**.
-   Strong experience in **LinkedIn marketing** and B2B social media strategies.
-   Experience with **email marketing** campaigns.
-   Ability to create and edit **graphics, poster ads, and short videos** (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
-   Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
-   Strong communication and organizational skills.
