## Description

Responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training in mobile crane and heavy equipment operations, ensuring trainees develop the required technical skills, operational competency, and safety awareness.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver practical and theoretical training in crane and heavy equipment operations.
-   Demonstrate safe operating procedures, equipment inspections, and lifting techniques.
-   Assess trainees' practical skills and provide performance feedback.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and operating procedures.
-   Maintain training materials, assessment records, and trainee progress reports.

### Qualifications & Experience

-   **Education:** Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or a related specialty.
-   **Experience:** Minimum 4 years of field experience as a mobile crane operator.
-   **Preferred Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical/Trade/Vocational Studies.
-   **Technical Skills:** Strong knowledge of mobile crane operations, heavy equipment handling, and safety procedures.
-   **Certifications:** Relevant crane operation, heavy equipment, or trainer certifications are preferred.
