## Description

**Work Location: ONSITE (SHAW, MANDALUYONG)**

**Work Schedule: Rotating**

**Account-specific roles and responsibilities:**

·        Account type: Airline / Travel

·        Attend to customers’ concerns related to booking, scheduling, cancelling flights

**Customer Service (Job Description)**

·        Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat). 

·        Resolves issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. 

·        Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues. 

·        Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.

## Requirements

-   No BPO experience and fresh grads can apply!
-   Preferably With at least 6 months of international airline account experience in a BPO setup
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
-   Amenable to work in rotating shifts
-   Can work in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
