Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for a reputable manufacturing company based in Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a manufacturing context.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, delivery timelines, and technical specifications.
-   Process orders accurately and handle changes or cancellations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback.
-   Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing processes and product offerings to assist customers effectively.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
-   Support the sales team by providing customer insights and feedback.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
-   Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
-   A proactive approach to customer service and a willingness to learn about products and processes.
