**Job Role:** Digital Marketing Specialist

**Compensation range:** $2,000 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly

**Engagement type:** Independent Contractor Agreement

**Work Schedule:** This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

**Who We Are:** At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

**Who The Client Is:** A technology-focused studio that builds end-to-end digital platforms for modern entertainment and interactive systems. It specializes in creating scalable software ecosystems that combine backend infrastructure, user engagement tools, and operational systems into one integrated solution. The company operates in a product-driven environment where engineering and real-world performance are closely linked, helping clients launch and manage complex digital products efficiently without fragmented third-party systems. 

**Role Overview:** We're looking for an experienced, hands-on digital marketer to run the delivery side of our agency. The founder handles all client meetings, sales, and strategy calls. Your job is to execute: build the campaigns, do the SEO work, optimise performance, and prepare the reporting that gets presented to clients.

This is a pure delivery role with no client meetings. You report directly to the founder and communicate internally via ClickUp and chat.

**Key Responsibilities:** 

-   Execute SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts
-   Implement SEO strategies, including on-page optimisation, technical fixes, local SEO, and content briefs
-   Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
-   Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions
-   Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
-   Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions
-   Prepare monthly client reports with clear commentary on results and recommended next steps (the founder presents these to clients)
-   Keep all tasks, timelines, and deliverables updated in ClickUp
-   Flag risks, blockers, and account growth opportunities to the founder early

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

-   2+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally agency-side
-   Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical, local)
-   Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
-   Experience running Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
-   Confident analysing performance in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
-   Good written English for internal communication and report writing
-   Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently without micromanagement
-   Reliable home office setup: fast internet, modern computer, quiet workspace
-   Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
-   Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup
-   Familiarity with WordPress websites, ideally with Rank Math or similar SEO plugins
-   Experience using SEMrush for SEO tracking, keyword research, and performance analysis
-   Exposure to GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
-   Experience in email marketing using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
-   Basic understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and best practices

-   Achievement and optimisation of Google Ads and Meta Ads performance targets (ROAS, CPA, and cost efficiency)
-   Consistent delivery of accurate, insightful, and on-time monthly performance reporting
