Baesman Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Fulfillment Center team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving products throughout the facility while ensuring inventory is handled safely and accurately.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Load and unload trucks and containers using pallet jacks.
-   Sort and repack items by category or destination.
-   Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
-   Place products accurately in designated warehouse or shelf locations.
-   Review packing slips, count inventory, and report missing or damaged items.
-   Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
-   Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
-   Assist with other fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities as needed.

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For**

-   Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment and be dependable for the quality of work produced.
-   Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
-   Dependable, punctual attendance and a strong work ethic.
-   Basic English reading and writing skills to understand labels and instructions.
-   Basic math skills to count and verify inventory.
-   Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
-   Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
