🌟 **What You’ll Be Doing**

We’re looking for a **Recruiter** to join our growing London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a leading engineering consultancy that values **Excellence, Accountability, Integrity, and Service**.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for a variety of engineering roles — helping us connect exceptional technical talent with major clients such as **Airbus, Rolls-Royce, and Thales**.

**Your main responsibilities will include:**

🔹 **Talent Sourcing & Attraction**

-   Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
-   Use multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals — to attract top-tier engineering talent.

🔹 **Screening & Selection**

-   Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
-   Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future projects.

🔹 **Candidate Experience**

-   Ensure every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment process.
-   Communicate ALTEN’s culture and values clearly throughout their journey.

🔹 **Data & Reporting**

-   Track key recruitment metrics to improve performance and efficiency.
-   Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.

## Requirements

💡 **What We’re Looking For**

-   **1+ years of recruitment experience**, ideally within **engineering, technology, or STEM sectors**.
-   Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
-   Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
-   Familiarity with **ATS systems** and sourcing tools.
-   A proactive, collaborative mindset – you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
