We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Senior Automotive Professional** to contribute to the development and delivery of next-generation **electric mobility and automotive products**.

The role is suited for a professional with strong experience in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of product development, quality, reliability, and customer-focused engineering. You will contribute to initiatives that support the growth of electric vehicle platforms while maintaining high standards of product performance and quality.

## Requirements

Key Responsibilities

-   Contribute to the development and delivery of **electric mobility and automotive products**.
-   Support product development initiatives across relevant stages of the automotive product lifecycle.
-   Collaborate with engineering, product, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and service teams to achieve product objectives.
-   Drive initiatives focused on **product quality, reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction**.
-   Review product requirements, specifications, technical documentation, and quality standards.
-   Identify potential product risks, reliability concerns, and areas for improvement.
-   Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for product and field-related issues.
-   Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
-   Contribute to product validation, testing, quality improvement, and readiness activities.
-   Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
-   Support implementation of processes and practices that improve product reliability and manufacturing quality.
-   Collaborate with suppliers and external partners where required to address product and quality requirements.
-   Contribute to the development of scalable processes for growing EV product portfolios.
-   Ensure relevant product activities remain aligned with applicable automotive quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
-   Analyse customer and field feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
-   Prepare technical reports, project updates, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
-   Stay updated on emerging **EV technologies, automotive engineering practices, quality methodologies, and mobility trends**.

What Makes You a Great Fit

-   **6+ years of professional experience** in the automotive, electric mobility, vehicle engineering, product development, quality, or related industry.
-   Strong understanding of the **automotive industry and electric vehicle ecosystem**.
-   Experience working on automotive or EV product development and lifecycle management.
-   Strong understanding of **product quality, reliability, validation, and continuous improvement**.
-   Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business teams.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
-   Experience handling product issues, corrective actions, quality improvement, or reliability challenges.
-   Strong understanding of automotive product requirements, technical documentation, and quality processes.
-   Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage complex priorities.
-   Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
-   Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to product excellence and reliability.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to scaling innovative mobility products.
-   Strong interest in **electric vehicles, sustainable mobility, automotive technology, and next-generation transportation solutions**.
-   Engineering degree in **Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline** is preferred.
