## Description

**Job Title: Technical Lead – IDMC (MDM & Reference 360)**

**Location: 100% Remote Work** 

**Type: Contract for 6 months extendable**

**Salary: 2-4 lakhs Monthly (Negotiable based on the experience)**

**Required Skills & Experience**

-   Strong hands-on experience with **Informatica IDMC**, including:

-   Master Data Management (MDM)
-   Reference 360 Services

-   Proven experience in **designing and developing data ingress and egress** integrations.
-   Expertise in **MDM match/merge logic and survivorship rule configuration and tuning**.
-   Strong understanding of **data governance, data quality, and master data concepts**.
-   Experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical SME on MDM implementations.
-   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Prior experience in large-scale or enterprise MDM implementations.
-   Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integration patterns.
-   Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer to support a long-term client engagement. These roles require hands-on expertise with **Informatica MDM SaaS, Customer 360 Insights (CDI), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI)**. Candidates must be capable of working independently, interpreting architectural models, and executing development tasks with minimal supervision.  
**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and maintain solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS with CAI and CDI.
-   Understand and implement architectural models provided by Lead Developers or Architects.
-   Perform API orchestration and performance tuning.
-   Write and optimize SQL queries.
-   Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams in a client-facing capacity.
-   Deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

## Requirements

-   4–10 years of overall development experience.
-   Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS, CDI and CAI.
-   Strong knowledge of SQL and API orchestration.
-   Experience with API performance tuning.
-   Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
