### About Us

**SBA Home North Carolina** - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a **Machine Operator** who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working hours 2-10pm.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery
-   Set up manufacturing equipment
-   Use machine equipment to complete tasks
-   Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
-   Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance
-   needs and improvements.
-   Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards

## Requirements

### Qualifications**:**

-   High school diploma or equivalent
-   Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting or in a similar role.
