## Description

**Westview International Language School** is seeking a dedicated and experienced **American Diploma English Teacher** to join our educational team. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the American Diploma curriculum to support students’ academic achievement and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language lessons following the American Diploma standards.
-   Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet curriculum objectives and cater to various learning styles.
-   Assess and evaluate student performance regularly through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
-   Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and academic excellence.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
-   Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
-   Participate in professional development activities to stay current with subject knowledge and teaching methodologies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
-   Relevant teaching certification and experience in delivering the American Diploma curriculum.
-   Strong command of English language and literature with the ability to inspire and engage students.
-   Experience teaching high school students preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
-   Knowledge of current educational best practices and innovative teaching strategies.
-   Commitment to ongoing professional growth and teamwork.
