Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a German Customer Support position for Booking.com with paid relocation to Greece. As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist Booking.com customers, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide professional and friendly customer support to German-speaking customers of Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist with booking inquiries, changes, cancellations, and general support related to travel accommodations.
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently with a customer-centric approach, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
-   Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick and effective solutions to customer concerns.
-   Stay informed about Booking.com's products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer support, preferably in travel or hospitality sectors.
-   Strong communication skills with the ability to handle complex customer situations calmly and professionally.
-   Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Greece with the support of paid relocation benefits.
-   Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service software.
