- Excellent project management with attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication
- Ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Highly motivated to take initiative, manage competing priorities, work independently, and respond to feedback
- Strong understanding of historical and contemporary issues that impact economic mobility
- Passion for and commitment to the mission of the Harlem Children’s Zone

### **What You’ll Do**

- Coordinate the administration of college financing programs, including scholarship and savings initiatives serving approximately **1000+ scholars annually**.
- Manage scholar communications and maintain accurate tracking of applications, awards, and inquiries using **Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Google Workspace**.
- Support the planning and execution of **12–15 workshops and events per year**, including financial literacy sessions, scholarship orientations, and parent engagement meetings.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on scholar progress, participation rates, and program outcomes for leadership review.
- Collaborate with HCZ departments to ensure timely follow-up with scholars and families, maintaining a **response turnaround of 48 hours** for inquiries.
- Assist in outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with community partners and financial institutions.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Director and Assistant Director, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Monitor program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in scholar engagement and financial readiness.
