Metroll Toowoomba is seeking a reliable and safety-focused HC Truck Driver to join our operations team.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Despatch Manager, you will be responsible for delivering products throughout Toowoomba and surrounding regional areas.

This role is more than just driving. When you're not on the road, you'll be hands-on in the yard, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, preparing orders, and supporting the warehouse team to keep operations running efficiently.

Standard working hours are approximately 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities available.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Safely deliver customer orders across Toowoomba and surrounding regional areas
-   Load, unload, and check products for accuracy before delivery
-   Secure loads to ensure safe transport
-   Operate a Hiab crane to unload products where required (training provided)
-   Capture proof of delivery using handheld systems
-   Complete daily vehicle inspections and pre-start safety checks
-   Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products around the yard
-   Assist the yard team with picking, packing, loading, and general warehouse duties when not completing deliveries
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
-   Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

**About You**

-   Current HC (Heavy Combination) Driver Licence
-   Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
-   Strong commitment to safety and customer service
-   Good communication and time management skills
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-   Hiab crane experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
-   Reliable, punctual, and willing to get involved wherever needed
