## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about health technology and customer support. As a Specialist, you will provide expert assistance to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with Fitbit product inquiries, troubleshooting, and overall product use to enhance their health and fitness experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding Fitbit products.
-   Assist customers with device setup, operational guidance, and troubleshooting issues.
-   Provide clear instructions on Fitbit app functionalities and health tracking features.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with technical teams for escalation and resolution of complex problems.
-   Stay informed about latest Fitbit updates and health technology trends to provide knowledgeable support.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is beneficial.
-   Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in health or technology sectors.
-   Good problem-solving skills with the ability to assist customers with technical issues.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
-   Experience using CRM software and digital communication tools.
-   Ability to work efficiently in an office setting and effectively manage workload.
