Orthodontic Clinical Assistant

**Tech-Forward Practice**

Moroco Orthodontics is a modern, technology-driven orthodontic practice committed to precision, consistency, and high-quality patient care. We are growing our clinical team and looking for a experienced **Orthodontic Assistant** who is interested in building a long-term career in orthodontics.

## Requirements

Responsibilities:

-   Assist chairside with **braces, wire changes, adjustments, debonds, and aligner appointments**
-   Learn and follow established orthodontic workflows and systems
-   Capture **digital scans, intraoral photos, and orthodontic records**
-   Provide efficient, professional patient care in a fast-paced environment
-   Maintain operatory readiness, infection control, and clinical standards
-   Work collaboratively with the orthodontist and clinical team

Experience & Skills:

-   Background in **dental or orthodontic assisting**
-   Interest in learning and advancing in **orthodontics**
-   Familiarity with dental terminology and chairside procedures
-   Comfort with **paperless charting, and modern dental technology (****digital scanners is a plus!)**
-   Strong attention to detail, hand skills, and time management
-   Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally
