**The Role:  Physician Recruiter | Las Colinas, TX**

As a Physician Recruiter at Serenity Healthcare, you’ll lead the full recruitment process - sourcing, screening and hiring top clinical talent. Your work ensures we continue to build strong, patient-focused teams across our growing network.

**What You’ll Do:** 

-   Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers 

-   Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process 

-   Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers 

-   Source candidates via a number of platforms 

-   Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates 

-   Conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications 

-   Verify credentials and references 

-   Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews 

-   Manage the closing process with candidates post interview 

-   Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices 

-   Attend job fairs and conferences 

**What You Need:** 

-   High School Diploma or GED 

-   Minimum 1 year physician recruiting experience strongly preferred 

-   Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases 

-   Experience managing and overseeing candidate evaluation, scheduling video and onsite interviews, and conducting closing calls with candidates 

-   Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, etc. 

-   Professional demeanor and ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
