**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and implement engaging English lesson plans in alignment with the school curriculum.
-   Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
-   Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
-   Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and areas for improvement.
-   Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest teaching methodologies and educational trends.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
-   Relevant teaching certification or qualification.
-   Experience teaching English at various grade levels is preferred.
-   Strong proficiency in English language and effective communication skills.
-   Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching styles to diverse learners.
-   Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
