## Description

The International Recruiter owns full-cycle recruitment for the Group’s Panama operations and its

international hiring needs. The role sources, screens, and assesses candidates across multiple

countries — with particular emphasis on Europe and the United States — manages the hiring

pipeline end-to-end, and partners with hiring managers across the Group’s entities to fill roles quickly

and with quality. The position is based in Panama and operates across multiple time zones.

## Requirements

International recruiting experience: 2–3 years of experience recruiting for roles in more than

one country (mandatory).

English: Fluent English, written and spoken, at a professional level (mandatory).

 Full-cycle recruiting: Proven track record managing the process end-to-end, from sourcing to

offer.

Sourcing tools: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards and sourcing

channels.

 ATS / database: Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining a candidate

database.

Assessment skills: Strong CV-screening and interviewing skills.

 Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and

time zones.

Spanish: Fluent Spanish (for the Panama market and local hiring).

Work authorization: Based in and legally authorized to work in Panama.
