## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)**

We’re hiring a **Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)** to support individuals, couples, and families through high-quality therapy services. This role offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

**Job Type:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Salary:** **$115,000 - $120,000** per year + competitive benefits

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
-   Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches.
-   Engage in case consultations and continuing education.
-   Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
-   Utilize telehealth platforms effectively when needed.

## Requirements

-   Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
-   Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon.
-   Experience in mental health care and client treatment planning.
-   Strong communication skills, especially in virtual therapy settings.
