### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking users across various social media channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
-   Monitor social media platforms for customer interactions, ensuring a swift response to comments, messages, and queries.
-   Enhance customer satisfaction by engaging with users through informative and friendly communication.
-   Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure messages are consistent and reflect the brand’s voice.
-   Identify patterns in customer inquiries to help inform product improvements and service enhancements.
-   Assist in developing social media campaigns and content that resonate with Italian-speaking audiences.
-   Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to provide informed support and recommendations.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service.
-   Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their functionalities.
-   Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mentality.
-   Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
-   Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
-   Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
