## Description

**X-Ray Technologist**

This full-time opportunity is ideal for an imaging professional dedicated to providing excellent patient care while producing high-quality diagnostic images.

**Responsibilities:**  
• Perform general radiography procedures, including patient positioning and image acquisition  
• Prepare patients and accurately interpret physician orders for imaging exams  
• Operate radiographic equipment and adjust technical factors to obtain diagnostic-quality images  
• Ensure patient safety through proper shielding and radiation protection practices  
• Review images for quality and completeness  
• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient patient flow

## Requirements

• Associate degree in Medical Radiography or equivalent  
_**• NYS Radiologic Technologist license/registration or eligibility  
• ARRT certification required**_  
• Current BLS certification required
