Position Title: Senior Supply Chain Consultant

Grade:

Reports to: ERP Manager

Business Line/ Department: Solutions/IT

**3\. JOB PURPOSE:**

The Job Holder is Responsible to Leads functional consulting for D365 Supply Chain Management modules, covering procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics to support retail supply chain operations.

**4\. Job Deliverables - Accountability**

Description

 Deliverables

­ Supply chain business process analysis (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics – current & future state)

­ Functional design documents (FDDs) for supply chain modules (P2P, inventory, warehouse, planning)

­ Fit-Ga analysis reports (ERP standard vs supply chain requirements)

­ Configuration & solution setups (procurement, inventory, warehouse workflows)

­ Data migration & validation reports (inventory, suppliers, transactions)

­ UAT testing results & business sign-off (end-to-end supply chain validation)

SCM Module Expertise

• Lead configuration and implementation of D365 F&O Supply Chain modules: Procurement, Inventory, WMS, and Transportation Management.

• Design and optimize supply chain processes for retail and distribution operations.

• Govern data migration and master data management for supply chain entities.

Business Requirements & Design

• Conduct requirements workshops with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Buying teams.

• Produce functional specifications and process flow documentation.

• Lead UAT and training for supply chain module workstreams.

## Requirements

**Support & Continuous Improvement**

• Provide L2/L3 support for supply chain module incidents.

• Identify opportunities for supply chain process automation and system optimization.

• Monitor D365 SCM release updates and assesses impact fo the company.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE**

 Minimum Qualification

­ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, IT, or Engineering

­ Certified in Microsoft MB-330 (D365 Supply Chain Management).

 Minimum Experience

­ Minimum Experience of 6–8 years in supply chain ERP consulting; 3+ years on D365 SCM or AX

 Other Requirement (Skills Set)

­ D365 F&O SCM: Procurement, Inventory, WMS, TMS

­ Retail and distribution supply chain processes

­ Master planning (MRP) and demand planning in D365

­ Warehouse management and barcode scanning integration
