## Description

**Are you a German speaker who enjoys helping customers and providing excellent service?**

We are looking for German**\-**speaking Rent-a-Car Consultants to join our international teams in Sofia**,** Bulgaria.

In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers with car rental inquiries, reservations, and support requests. You will help customers throughout their rental journey by providing accurate information and finding the best solutions for their needs.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support to German-speaking customers regarding car rental services.
-   Assist with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries.
-   Provide information about rental policies, vehicles, and services.
-   Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
-   Document customer interactions accurately.
-   Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English skills.
-   Strong communication and customer service skills.
-   Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
-   Comfortable working with computer systems.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
-   Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality is an advantage.
