## Description

Join TP in Barcelona and be part of an exciting project with Google Ads, a powerful tool transforming businesses worldwide. This role is designed for professionals who can navigate the Danish market, onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies in a tech-driven environment. You will build strong relationships, drive product adoption, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.

**Responsibilities**

-   Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
-   Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
-   Understand customer objectives and provide tailored solutions.
-   Set up strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term success.
-   Increase campaign spend and manage upselling opportunities.
-   Maintain and update customer databases with complete information.
-   Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone.

## Requirements

-   BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience.
-   C2 level of Danish and fluent English.
-   Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with client-facing expertise.
-   Ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
-   Strong background in customer relationship management and CRM systems.
-   Experience integrating AI tools into workflows for personalized outreach.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-   Self-motivated, proactive, and confident, with strong business acumen.
-   Skilled in competitor analysis and market trend evaluation.
-   Customer-focused, committed to delivering high-quality experiences.
