Supports the Data & Insights team by analyzing data, maintaining dashboards, and delivering clear reports to track digital adoption performance, while assisting stakeholders with data requests and ensuring accuracy in business metrics.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**                          

-   Support the Data & Insights team in **analyzing data and preparing reports** to track digital product adoption and performance
-   Building and maintaining **dashboards and reporting tools** used by internal teams and stakeholders
-   Work with team members to **gather business requirements** and help translate them into data analysis tasks
-   Be a champion for the agile community and help to further the community within the organization.
-   Data preparation & basic analysis
-   Dashboard requirements, updates & maintenance
-   Stakeholder support

## Requirements

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

-   Bachelor’s/master’s degree (computer science, information systems, engineering or related field) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this capacity.

**REQUIRED SKILLS:**

-   Strong SQL skills for **data extraction and transformation**
-   Experience withBI tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
-   Ability to perform **adoption analysis**
-   Experience with **dashboard development and KPI frameworks**

**SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:**

-   Good communication skills and ability to work with team members
-   Business accumen
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Willingness to learn and ask questions
