## Description

We are seeking a **General Manager** to join our team and lead our company group to new heights in Munich, Germany. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring that our company meets its ambitious goals.

**This role requires relocation to Munich** to lead the local company office, following the completion of the induction program in Vilnius at Teltonika.

 In this role, you will: 

-   Define and execute the local business strategy, aligned with global objectives, to drive revenue growth and profitability. 
-   Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex business challenges. 
-   Lead and develop teams, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring effective collaboration.  
-   Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. 
-   Own and  deliver sales and cost performance in line with regional targets, including direct involvement in building the customer porfolio. 
-   Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient processes across sales, finance, HR. 
-   Partner with global HR and senior stakeholders to ensure local policies are aligned with global standards and business objectives. 
-   Oversee contract negotiations and approvals, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements. 
-   Partner with global and regional leadership to adapt global strategies to local market conditions, including customer needs and competitive dynamics. 
-   Represent the company externally, strengthening the brand and market presence in the region.  
-   Ensure effective logistics management, including the flow of goods and operational continuity.

## Requirements

What we expect from you: 

-   4+ years of experience in corporate finance, business operations, or a related field.
-   Solid understanding of office and administrative management processes, including systems and procedures.
-   Demonstrate strong experience in the hardware sector. 
-   Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, payroll, revenue tracking, and forecasting. 
-   Solid knowledge of accounting principles, local regulations, compliance and administrative practices and procedures.
-   Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in cross cultural and matrix organization. 
-   Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
-   Fluency in English and German language.
-   High level of ownership, accountability, and leadership presence.
