## Description

**Job Summary**  
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused **Senior Water Damage Technician** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with extensive water damage restoration experience who is equally passionate about building client relationships and generating new business. In addition to leading restoration projects, you will identify sales opportunities, educate customers on our services, and help grow our customer base through exceptional service and proactive business development.  
The ideal candidate is technically skilled, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**  
  
**Sales & Business Development**  

-   Identify opportunities to recommend additional restoration and remediation services that benefit customers.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, plumbers, contractors, and commercial clients.
-   Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
-   Follow up with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
-   Prepare estimates, explain restoration processes, and confidently present service recommendations.
-   Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
-   Represent the company professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community functions when required.

**Leadership & Customer Service.**

-   Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
-   Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed throughout the restoration process.
-   Coordinate effectively with office staff, project managers, subcontractors, and insurance representatives.

**Qualifications**  

-   Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
-   Minimum of **3 years of water damage restoration experience**.
-   Proven experience in customer-facing sales, business development, or upselling services.
-   Strong understanding of water mitigation procedures, structural drying, moisture mapping, and restoration equipment.
-   Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-   Ability to work after hours, weekends.

**Preferred**  

-   Fire (FSRT/OCT)
-   Mold(AMRT)
-   IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification.
-   IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD) Certification.
-   Health & Safety ( HST)
-   Trauma Clean Up (TCST)
-   Supervisory or team leadership experience.
-   Existing network of insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, or referral partners
