## Description

**Remote Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)**

**Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth**  
**Compensation:** $115,000–$120,000 per year, plus full benefits

**About the Role**

This position is open to independently licensed LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs who are interested in providing therapy through telehealth. You will work directly with clients, manage your scheduled appointments, and remain responsible for the clinical work connected to each case. The role is best suited for a therapist who is organized, comfortable working independently, and able to make sound decisions when a client’s needs change.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled therapy sessions through a secure virtual platform
-   Complete new-client intakes and gather relevant background information
-   Guide therapy based on the concerns discussed during sessions
-   Keep case notes and required records current
-   Recognize when another provider or service should be involved
-   Respond appropriately to risk or safety concerns
-   Take part in case consultation and required training
-   Maintain confidentiality and professional standards

**Requirements**

-   Active independent license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW
-   Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services
-   Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
-   Ability to manage cases independently in a remote setting

## Requirements

-   A licensed LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW with a relevant master’s degree.
-   Experienced in providing independent therapy, with a caring, empathetic approach.
-   Skilled at building relationships with clients in virtual settings.
-   Comfortable using telehealth technology and platforms.
