## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities** 

-   Supports retail project planning and delivery.
-   Coordinates tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
-   Assists with site inspections, design reviews and submissions.
-   Tracks programmes, deliverables and approvals.
-   Supports HSE, authority approvals and site compliance.
-   Assists with T&C, snagging and project close-out.
-   Maintains project documentation, trackers and reporting.
-   Supports meetings, client coordination and issue escalation.

**Requirements** 

**Experience & Background** 

-   1–3 years’ relevant experience
-   Based in Dubai
-   Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field
-   Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills
-   1 Month Notice period
