### Responsibilities

-   Develop and manage agricultural projects in collaboration with local farmers.
-   Ensure the quality and sustainability of crops grown for the hotel kitchens.
-   Research and implement eco-friendly farming practices.
-   Coordinate training sessions for staff on sustainable farming and sourcing practices.
-   Monitor soil and crop health and make recommendations for improvement.
-   Maintain relationships with local producers and contribute to the hotel's farm-to-table philosophy.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, or a related field.
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or a related role.
-   Strong knowledge of organic farming and sustainable agriculture practices.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-   Familiarity with local agricultural practices and market trends.
