We are looking for a **reliable, hard-working Restoration Technician** to join our growing team.

**Job Summary**

As a Restoration Technician at Absolute Clean and Restoration, you will respond to residential and commercial properties impacted by water, mold, fire, and smoke damage. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, physical effort, and professionalism when working directly with homeowners and property managers.

**Responsibilities**

-   Perform water mitigation services including water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring
-   Conduct mold remediation following IICRC standards and safety protocols
-   Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup, debris removal, and odor control
-   Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers)
-   Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials when required
-   Take job photos and accurately document work performed
-   Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management
-   Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment
-   Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements
-   Participate in on-call emergency response rotation as scheduled

**Schedule & Work Environment**

-   Emergency services may require nights, weekends, and holidays
-   On-call rotation required
-   PPE provided and required for certain jobs
-   Work performed in residential and commercial properties

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   High school diploma or GED required
-   Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
-   IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, FSRT) a plus or willingness to obtain
-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-   Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas
-   Comfortable working in wet, dusty, or demolition environments
-   Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented attitude
-   Basic smartphone or tablet skills for job documentation
