**Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)**

**Location:** Rhode Island  
**Position Type:** Full-Time | Remote Telehealth  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 annually  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)** to join our outpatient telehealth team serving adult clients throughout Rhode Island.

This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality psychotherapy within a structured, supportive clinical environment. The clinician will manage care from initial intake through ongoing treatment, maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and provide consistent follow-through based on each client’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide scheduled individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth to adult clients
-   Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and clinical intakes
-   Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
-   Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
-   Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR
-   Apply evidence-informed therapeutic modalities based on client needs and clinical presentation
-   Assess client risk and respond appropriately in accordance with established crisis and safety protocols
-   Maintain consistent clinical follow-through and continuity of care

## Requirements

-   Active **Rhode Island LICSW** license in good standing
-   Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
-   Outpatient mental health experience preferred
-   Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
