### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Address customer inquiries and issues related to products and services with professionalism and accuracy.
-   Resolve complaints swiftly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
-   Maintain detailed documentation of all customer interactions.
-   Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay updated on product knowledge and relevant company policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
-   Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs covered.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
