### Join us at Laundryheap

At Laundryheap, we're on a mission to make laundry and dry cleaning effortless. Through our technology-driven platform, we pick up, clean, and deliver clothes within 24 hours, helping thousands of customers across 11 global markets.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate, collaborative people who are excited to build something meaningful with us. If you enjoy solving problems, building strong relationships, and working in a fast-paced international environment, we'd love to hear from you.

We're currently looking for a **Business Development Manager – Partner Operations** to join our growing team in our India office.

### About the Role

Reporting to the **Head of Partner Operations**, you'll play a key role in growing and strengthening Laundryheap's global partner network. You'll lead our Business Development team, develop partnerships across both B2C and B2B markets, and help shape how our Partner Operations function evolves as we continue expanding internationally.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll collaborate with teams across multiple countries, build long-term strategic partnerships, and contribute directly to Laundryheap's growth.

### What You'll Be Doing

### Lead and Support Your Team

You'll create an environment where your team can do their best work by:

- Leading and supporting the Partner Operations Business Development team through coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance.
- Setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and helping team members grow professionally.
- Supporting regional Business Development Associates across our global markets.
- Acting as the main point of contact for escalations and ensuring the team has the support they need.
- Tracking team performance and partner acquisition goals, while sharing regular updates with leadership.
- Continuously improving processes and helping build the future structure of the Partner Operations function as we scale.

### Grow Our B2C Partner Network

You'll help us expand our network of laundry partners by:

- Identifying new partnership opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Developing strategies to grow our partner network across existing and new markets.
- Building strong relationships with partner facilities and creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Leading commercial discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
- Driving partner acquisition targets while ensuring high service quality.

### Build Our B2B Partner Operations

As our B2B business grows, you'll:

- Design and improve scalable processes for identifying and onboarding B2B partners.
- Manage the full partnership journey—from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, onboarding, and operational launch.
- Maintain and improve partner contracts and commercial terms.
- Monitor pricing, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Support new partners through onboarding and resolve operational challenges during launch.
- Work closely with Regional Operations teams to understand market needs and maintain quality standards.
- Document best practices to help replicate successful partnership models across markets.

### Collaborate Across Teams

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to:

- Ensure we have the right partner capacity to support business growth.
- Identify and communicate potential capacity risks before client launches.
- Share regular updates on partnership pipelines and business performance.
- Represent Partner Operations in cross-functional planning and expansion initiatives.

### What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping teams succeed.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company or startup.
- Previous experience managing and developing a team through coaching, performance management, and day-to-day leadership.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence leading remote discussions and negotiations with international stakeholders.
- Experience building and managing partner pipelines and recruitment strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A proactive mindset with creative approaches to business development and lead generation.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing long-term strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience using reporting or business intelligence tools (such as Google Data Studio or Power BI) is an advantage.
- Experience working across international markets with strong cultural awareness.
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Supplier Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent English communication skills. Hindi or Urdu language skills are a plus.

### Why Join Laundryheap?

If you're someone who enjoys taking initiative, building meaningful partnerships, and helping shape the future of a growing global company, we'd love to meet you.
